Update

I'd like to get back to posting here regularly, but it just hasn't been in me with everything else going on.

The house has a contract on it. When all is said and done I will have lost between $5000 and $10000 on the house just this year and destroyed my credit. I'm trying to get the last $4000 of this so that I can get out from under the albatross that the divorce has been.

This Friday I throw some grass seed in the back yard as part of the contract.
